Healthy Hot chocolate
Ingredients:
1.5 cups homemade coconut milk or canned click here for the recipe to make it
2 tsp cacao powder
3 Medjool dates (must be Medjool)
2 dashes ceylon cinnamon
Optional: A pinch of cayenne to add some spice
Pinch of sea salt or natural rock salt
Directions:
Blend in a high-speed blender on high until smooth (about 30-60 seconds)
Transfer the mixture to a pot to heat up (do not microwave) and enjoy!
