Healthy Hot chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups homemade coconut milk or canned click here for the recipe to make it

  • 2 tsp cacao powder

  • 3 Medjool dates (must be Medjool)

  • 2 dashes ceylon cinnamon

  • Optional: A pinch of cayenne to add some spice 

  • Pinch of sea salt or natural rock salt

Directions:

  • Blend in a high-speed blender on high until smooth (about 30-60 seconds)

  • Transfer the mixture to a pot to heat up (do not microwave) and enjoy!
