Orange Gummies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1/4 cup grass-fed gelatin

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

  • 3 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup

  • Generous pinch of high-quality sea salt

Directions

  • Add the juice to a small pot and gently warm over low-medium heat. Heat just until warm/hot to the touch, making sure it does not come to a boil.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the honey and salt until fully combined.

  • Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time, whisking well after each addition so it fully dissolves before adding more.

  • Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and no gelatin remains, which may take a few minutes.

  • Carefully pour the mixture into gummy molds or a glass container and place in the fridge. Let chill until fully set, about 1–2 hours depending on size, or over night.

  • Once firm, pop them out of the molds and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator.
