Orange Gummies
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup grass-fed gelatin
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
3 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
Generous pinch of high-quality sea salt
Directions
Add the juice to a small pot and gently warm over low-medium heat. Heat just until warm/hot to the touch, making sure it does not come to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the honey and salt until fully combined.
Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin, one tablespoon at a time, whisking well after each addition so it fully dissolves before adding more.
Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and no gelatin remains, which may take a few minutes.
Carefully pour the mixture into gummy molds or a glass container and place in the fridge. Let chill until fully set, about 1–2 hours depending on size, or over night.
Once firm, pop them out of the molds and enjoy. Store in the refrigerator.
