Salted Date Caramel

Ingredients

  • 17-18 Medjool dates

  • 1 cup coconut milk (add a little more if needed to blend)

  • 2 generous pinches of sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanila extract


Directions

In a high-speed blender, blend ingredients until smooth.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. This can be stored in an air tight container in the freezer.
