Beef & Cabbage Stir fry
Ingredients:
1 pack of ground beef (roughly 1 pound)
1/2 head of a small cabbage, shredded
2-3 carrots, grated
6-7 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Thumb-sized piece ginger, minced
1 tablespoon (or more) Coconut sauce or aminos (to taste)
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Instructions:
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the shredded cabbage and cook until soft.
Add the ground beef to the pan with the cabbage. Break it up with a spatula or wooden spoon and cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
A few minutes before the beef is done, add the carrots, green onion, garlic, ginger, and coconut sauce. Stir well and cook for another few minutes to combine the flavors.
Remove the skillet from the heat once everything is cooked through.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
